17th Warrington (3rd Lymm) Scouts, Lymm - New Community Building (5982/D)

The proposal is to demolish the current adjacent scout and guide huts which are no longer fit for purpose and replace them with a modern two hall building keeping the name of the current guide building which is “Maple Lodge”. The new build will be compliant with modern building standards and will include a meeting room and kitchen. The whole building will be available for community use as well as by Scouts and Guides thus providing a community asset 100 metres from the centre of Lymm, for all to use for many years to come. The Trust grant will contribute towards the new community building.
