19th Wimbledon Scout Hall, Wimbledon – New Building (2884/D)

The project will deliver a durable, low-maintenance facility for Scouting and wider community use. Combined with other measures to develop the Group, a new hall will facilitate the opening of new sections and Scouting for a further 50 young people. Our freeholder is extending our site (via a new lease) to include a disused hard surface tennis court and an area of woodland (2 old grass courts). Our expanded site, with its open and wooded areas for play and discovering nature, and our new large hall, meeting rooms, and other facilities will be in strong demand from the wider local and Scouting communities. There is no similar facility in the area and we plan to open our doors to wider community use
