1st Dawlish Scout Group – New Roof

The Scout Hut has a 30 year old manmade tile roof. Positioned next to a community football field and despite a tall fence between the two, stray footballs smash roof tiles with alarming regularity. It is time to replace the entire roof with an environmentally friendly, ball resistant alternative.
This essential building work must be completed to ensure the long term survival of the scout hut. Missing roof tiles are a constant drain on limited scout funds and a source of damp entering the building.
