1st Downton Scout Group Hut Refurbishment

To reconfigure the scout hut to make it more Covid secure and fit for purpose to cope with our increasing number of users.
This will include in creasing the number of toilets and handwashing facilities and increasing the kitchen size which will increase the uses at the hut and make way for more community use. Also an outside hand washing area for external activities.
