1st Kyle Valley Scout Group & Community Hut Upgrade

Replace the existing Hut on the original base, provide ground source heating, water supply, drainage, septic tank and fit out. This will improve the facility and widen the amount of usage to the Hut by introducing many new organisations who wish to hire the Hut out for different classes.
