1st Norwich Sea Scout Group, Norwich – Replacement HQ Building (2723/D/TP)

To replace the old group HQ, a 1968 prefab’ concrete farm type building, that has a leaky asbestos roof, rusting and splitting reinforced concrete panels and subsidence. The asbestos roof will be removed and the existing building demolished. A new foundation base will be built and a timber framed, timber clad building erected and fitted out. The site will be fenced and the surrounding grounds will be levelled and grassed, and new trees planted where required. The Trust grant will contribute towards the main timber frame of the building.
