1st Somerton Scout HQ – Refurbishment

Refurbishment of the Scout HQ including replacing heating and lighting with environmentally friendly and up to date solutions. Install up to date insulation as building was built 20 years ago with solutions that now are very out of date. Re Decorate the building and make it accessible to all. The Scout HQ is very cold in winter and not fit for purpose. Also need to make the building disability friendly so that it can be open to the whole community.
