3500 – Centre at St Paul’s

To adapt the church space to maximise flexibility, increase use for the local community and reduce the environmental impact. Within this we will create a performance area, with full disabled access; storage facilities; new toilet facilities; additional kitchenette; new enclosed lobby and entrance to the premises from St Paul’s Road, thus enabling the space to be used independently of the rest of the Centre.
