40 Acres LNR – Improvements to Footpaths

Footpaths at 40 Acre Nature Reserve need to be improved as they suffer from flooding, especially in winter, leading to problems with access.
The work involves improving footpaths approx 130 metres in length and 1 metre wide by raising existing levels above the water table and installing perforated drain pipes to improve land drainage and prevent formation of large puddles on the footpath.
