6th Farnborough Scout Group Hut, Farnborough – Scout Hut Refurbishment (1750/D)

The Scout Hut is now 25+ years old and is in need of major refurbishment. The building urgently requires a new roof; new disabled toilets with appropriate access plus replacement windows. Re-batten, re-felt and replace the roof reusing as many of the existing tiles as possible; to widen the door openings and fit new doors, disabled toilets and non-slip safety flooring in the toilets and access area; to replace the existing windows with more energy efficient new ones.

The Trust grant will contribute towards the roof costs.
