A Healthy, Secure and Efficient Environment

The project will address the current issues which are: A badly worn roof which has been repeatedly repaired but now needs to be replaced. The single glazed windows are highly energy inefficient and contribute to the difficulty of heating the building, also in places they have worn and rotten frames. The doors are worn and energy inefficient and need replacing. In addition some of the drains and facia boards need to be replaced. The heating system is highly energy inefficient and does not currently meet the advised standards. In addition all of the radiators are old and some are rotten.
