A Training Package to Address Health and Safety Risks in SMEs in the Uks Waste Management Industry.

Many SME’s are involved in specialist recycling operations, and make a substantial contribution towards managing waste in a more sustainable way, The health and safety needs of small firms is of widespread concern and SME’s as well as being non-expert, are hard to reach and difficult to influence. This project aims to facilitate the dissemination of meaningful information, focussing on specified risk areas, by industry bodies, regulators and advisory bodies working in partnership.
