To replace the old kitchen and work surfaces, including cladding or tiling on the painted brick walls to improve hygiene and appearance, installation of separate hand washing facilities to conform to current hygiene standards, installation of cooker hood and extraction system, installation of dishwasher to improve facilities and hygiene, insulation above the ceiling in the Committee Room (none at present) and installation of new power sockets in trunking in the Main Hall to improve facilities and safety.
