To renovate the interior of the building to provide an improved resource for the community.

Phase 1 of the project has been completed – to install a phone line for the Citizens Advice Bureau for them to take referrals and run consultations using the building, to provide access to support those who do not have transport to get to Ely Centre.
Phase 2 is the main part of the project – the renovation of the interior of the building to provide a light, bright, flexible interior of the Church and it is this which we are seeking funding from AmeyCespa for. The interior will be visible from outside and the building work will create disabled access, a new kitchen and café area at the front of the building providing a warm, welcoming space accessed straight from the High Street. Contemporary glass partitions will provide flexible room sizes for different groups to use the room for different purposes.
