Essential roof repairs and drainage work identified in the 2010 Quinquennial Inspection Report. The Quinquennial Inspection report identified repairs that needed to be addressed as a matter of urgency and these will be attended to in this project. Roof and gutter repairs urgently required including lead repairs to both the south and north aisle roofs and repointing of various flashings. Drainage repairs also required including repairing several drainpipes, soakaways, gulleys and drains and also the laying of a new French drain. Grants from the AmeyCespa Community Fund would be used to assist in the finance of all project works.
