Abbey United Reformed Church Hall

General improvements to a Victorian community hall which will include new toilet facilities suitable for the disabled, modifications to floor levels and rear corridor, alterations to stairs, repositioning the boiler, new cupboards and the removal of the stage. The LTCS funding will be a contribution to the toilet facilities.
