A larger,light,safe,welcoming front entrance and lobby that creates easier access to the hall,changing room/toilets and most importantly disabled toilet.This is presently a locked amenity outside the building to which will be added a baby changing facility. Make available facilities of hall and recreational playing fields to a wider number of organisations and individuals for a greater variety of new uses e.g. luncheon/supper club, leisure classes. Environmentally efficient improvements to insulation and lighting to reduce costs and provide a comfortable environment for people of all ages and disabilities. Replacement of fabric of building that if left unattended could incur damage to existing and much needed future improvements - flat roof area.
