Access Improvement

The Ullans Speakers Association premises are located on the first floor of a building in Main Street Ballymoney, whilst the building is central and easy reach, increasing numbers of users many of whom are elderly or have disabilities find the stairs to the premises a problem and are detered from using the facility.
In order to rectify this problem, this project proposes to install a stair lift which will make access to the premices much easier for elderly and disabled users.
