Access Improvements, Duncombe Cemetery

This project will improve the main and oldest road/path providing access across the cemetery for visitors and hearses. This steep route is currently considered unsafe for visitors with mobility or access issues due to the nature and condition of the surface which will be replaced with a tarmac surface.
