Access to the Wetland Area at Guisborough Forest & Walkway Creating a New Path and a Bird Hide

The project will create a new path into the wetland area at Guisborough Forest & Walkway so that the public can see the different wildlife living in this habitat. There will also be a bird hide/screen to provide cover for people viewing the wildlife in the wetland area. The wetland area has always been ‘out of bounds’ to the public as it is a sensitive habitat. The interpretation panels will help visitors to be able to identify the different species they may see. New bird tables will be made to encourage woodland birds to the area.
