Access to Wildlife- Ramsey Heights

Six popular sites across the county (Doghouse Grove, Five Arches Pit, Hardwick Wood, Ramsey Heights, Skaters Meadow and Hemingford Meadow) have been chosen where new interpretation is needed in conjunction with some access improvements, to enable people to maximize their enjoyment from ther visit and learn about the reserves history, wildlife and management. Signage not only informs visitors of where they can go and what they can see, but il also makes people feel welcome. Good quality green space is recognized as being essential for a good quality of life and this project will encourage people to use the areas we manage. Additional reserve improvements will ensure that all visitors to the nature reserves will have unhindered access as much as possible. This project will also fund the pages relating to these sites in our new nature reserves guide.
