Acquisition of Meadow Farm

Meadow Farm is a series of five species-rich lowland meadows covering 28.1 hectares on the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire border. The land comprising the farm is of very high wildlife value, being classified as National Vegetation Classification MG4 due to the nature and diversity of the flora and fauna it sustains. An opportunity has arisen for BBOWT to purchase Meadow Farm. The acquisition will result in the protection and enhancement of over 28 hectares of rare floodplain meadows, securing the long term future of this land and its associated species
