Acton Trussell Parish Playing Fields, Stafford – New Play Area (40247/D)

The project aim is to create a children’s play area. The facilities will be used by children aged from 2 to 12 years across the Parish and surrounding hamlets. There is no school in Acton Trussell so mothers and carers will use the play area as a social amenity. At least 5 out of the 7 proposed elements will be inclusive/disability friendly. Play Equipment – communal swing, climbing apparatus, slide facility, flexible walking balance, nest swing, small swing, striding stilts, and clatter bridge. There would also be provision for seating and litter bins. Soft dig installation of all items, grassmat tiles and installation. The Trust grant will contribute towards the play equipment.
