Adventure Garden Phase 3

1. Enable marginalised people to socialise in an environment where no-one is excluded
2. Recognise the needs of young people, older people, and those living with learning disabilities, mental illness and long term illness and give them an outdoor space to socialise, make friends and find support
3. To provide specific facilities for those who have need of them by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstances.
