Aerated Static Pile Continuation Project

Research will assess the effects of green waste composts on soil health. Research sites will be established in Summer 2005, one in a garden planting and one in a landscaping situation close to London. Each plot will have an untreated and treated area ( using green waste compost from an urban source) and will be tested prior to treatment. Regular analysis will then take place from September 2005 to May 2006 comparing the treatments for soil enzyme activity and soil respiration
