Aerospace Bristol Collection Outdoor Space Project (Bristol Aero Collection Trust)

This is a project to develop the outside space at Aerospace Bristol, a brand new aviation heritage museum, which opened in October 2017. Currently the land surrounding the museum buildings is underdeveloped with no outside space delineated for visitors to relax and enjoy the environment. This project will develop a section of land into an area for visitors to the museum to rest and relax. The project will include the purchase of outdoor furniture, a canopy and interpretation signage, telling the story of the wider airfield site. The space will be located directly adjacent to the historic WWII hangar 16S, which is the main building of the museum.
