The Clarence House Resource Centre offers a diverse range of services and well being activities. The grade II listed building requires work to update and repair the facilities. Repairs needed to the flashing on the roof which has resulted in the ingress of water and the installation of a new more efficient heating system (both of which have resulted in cancellation of activities during wet weather and the winter months).
