Agivey Enhancement Project 2026

The project aims to use sustainable techniques to protect river banks from erosion and restore natural banks. This will reduce silt generation due to erosion, lead to silt being deposited at eroded banks rather than in gravel spawning beds, improve fishery habitat by inclusion of woody material at river banks and improve angling access.
