Replace existing metal roof, repair walls renew windows, doors, guttering and facias and upgrade electrics and insulation. Rebuilt entrance porch to improve accessibility, refurbish toilets and fit out wheelchair accessible toilet thus extending the life of the amenity by at least 30 years.
