Alexandra Park Restoration

Tha aim of the project is to restore and enhance the main attractions of Alexandra park to ensure that it continues to function as an important recreational resource for the community. The access to the children’s play area and pond will be upgraded and landscaped. The pond edges will be naturalised and a board walk constructed around it. The main entrance gates will be restored as will the B listed Cruikshank fountain and the A listed Saracen fountain.
