Alfick Pound Coppice purchase

The project involves the purchase of Alfrick Pound Coppice: This is a 4.2 hectare (10.38 acres) area of woodland immediately adjacent to our Knapp and Papermill nature reserve at Alfrick Pound. The woodland is rich in fauna and flora and last year Dormice and bats were recorded on site. Footpaths from the Knapp and Papermill reserve link through to the new area of woodland and purchase of the site will significantly enhance this flagship nature reserve.
