Alford Youth Access Project. The funding would be used to refurbish an existing building. The applicant would like to insulate the roof and cavity walls, also renew the gas heating and electrics. The wooden doors need rebuilding; the windows need some repairs, decorating materials for interior and exterior, and new floor covering.
