Although a new roof was completed in 1998 in did not extend to the storage room area. This has led to leaks in the area where the new roof meets the old one. To prevent further decline of this roof and interior damage remedial work is required. The usefullness of the flooring is just about at an end and it is prudent for this to be replaced.
