All Saints Church, Harbridge – Restoration

The Church of All Saints lies in the hamlet of Harbridge above the water meadows of the River Avon, part of the Avon Valley Site of Special Scientific Interest. This Grade II listed building comprises a 15th century tower with Victorian nave and chancel; rebuilt to plans by G Evans in 1838. Windows of the nave contain a fine collection of Flemish painted glass roundels. The 2005 Quinquennial Report identified extensive urgent repairs, these include masonry, roof, rainwater and drainage and tower repairs. The LCF is to carry out repairs to the west elevation of the tower and the north elevation of the nave/chancel.
