All Saints Church, Hitcham - Community Hub

Changing religious building to one for use by the whole community. Connecting it to the main drains, building an equal access WC and Servery in the newly created tower room, so the church can be enjoyed by the public for concerts, plays, exhibitions etc whilst also giving it a sustainable future.
