All Saints Church Sherburn -in-Elmet

A programme of works to rebuild the pipe organ at the Church originally installed by Brindley and Foster of Sheffield in 1875. Works include dismantling the organ, cleaning and repairing the keyboards, pipes and other mechanical parts, the casework will be dismantled, stripped, restained and polished, a new pedalboard will be put in place and the front pipes will be restored to their original condition by specialist conservationists. The work is essential to preserve the instrument for the use of future generations and to bring it up to present day standards for weekly worship, special services, recitals amd community use.
