THREE PHASED PRIORITY:
1. Provision of disabled toilet, ramp and access, rear of All Saints Church Thorpe Hall.
2. Refurbishment of churchyard paths and provision of one new path in All Saints Church churchyard.
3. Refurbishment of All Saints Church Shirley Hall car park which has pedestrian access.
