Alterations and Additions to Upton St Leonards Village Hall

To provide new access and foyer to the main Parish Hall and the Lady Downe Room that is compliant with the disability discrimination act, including a new toilet for disabled users and the remodelling of existing outdated and inadequate toilet provision and storage. To extend the Village Hall to provide a parish training room that includes an integral “fold away” parish office.
