Amina Trust Limited, Birmingham – Zawiya Community Hall Refurbishment (005769)

This project will see the refurbishment of an existing community space. Open to all and particularly to those who by reason of age, gender, poverty or economic circumstances will most benefit. The building in the heart of the inner city neighbourhood of Small Heath in Birmingham and will see essential refurbishment and maintenance work in order for it to continue to be used by the public. This includes replacing the existing heating system, replacing the fire alarms, installing fire doors at the front of the building, dealing with rising damp in two locations and installing an intercom system for security.
