To establish a unique and innovative community led 2 year pilot project which will take forward the recruitment and training of a ‘youth bank’ of 24 youth volunteers (aged 14-18 years of age). The role and remit of this succession of youth volunteers will include them being collectively responsible for instigating, co-ordinating and delivering community based project work which will include enhancing the local public amenities, walkways and general environment in relation to the esplanade and harbour basin area of Girvan.
