Antrim Boat Club – Watersports education and training centre

Construction of a water sports and education center to foster a vibrant, inclusive and empowered community space that promotes lifelong learning, social cohesion and environmental stewardship. By providing a dedicated space for education and training, the club seeks to empower individuals of all ages and abilities to realise their full potential, both in water sports proficiency and broader life skills development.

Currently, the project site consists of an empty plot of land adjacent to the existing club house, which lacks adequate facilities to meet the demands of the growing community. By repurposing this underutilised space into a learning and development centre for water sports, the club aims to address this gap and enhance the education of participants while providing high-quality, accessible facilities. This is a new building.
