Apex Park Rollerblading and Skateboarding Area

Construction of a rollerblading & skateboarding area in a public park, open to the public. Spend will either be on hard surface, contracted under normal local council procedures, or for the procurement of large items of equipment (eg 1/2 pipe ramp).
