Ardleigh House, Hornchurch – Refurishment of Hall Foyer for Toilets (005214)

The project will be to remove the existing toilets, redesign kitchen and foyer in the small hall and replace with:
• one male toilet and 3 urinals
• two female toilets
• one disabled toilet, with a baby changing facility
• alteration to the bar area to accommodate the extra toilet facilities
• remove kitchen wall and create door frame to accommodate newly designed kitchen
• adapt and extend electrics,
• adapt drainage
• remove old plumbing and replace with new
• lay new flooring
• decorate all areas
• provide full ventilation in toilet areas
