Ardmonagh Community Garden

Ardmonagh Family and Group intend to develop a community garden at the rear of their community building. The garden will be used extensively by the local community where they can grow their own vegetables and fruit as well as a space where people can meet, socialise and relax. This proposal is for a disadvantaged area with very few local, safe green spaces and those that are available are prone to antisocial behaviour. This project will develop a tranquil and safe community garden that will be of benefit for everyone. It will be used as an educational resource for growing herbs and fruits and will have associated health benefits from eating the produce.
