The modernisation work will include general building works (£37.8k), a new heating system (£13K), heating of the office/store room (£4K), new windows (£5.9K), and a play area (£5.2K). The application to SFF is to go towards all aspects apart from the playground and part of the new heating costs as other Grants (£12,992) have been secured for these items
