Armstrong Community Health and Wellness

This project idea is for the installation of an Outdoor Gym for all communities to use freely. The site would be accessible to the local residents and as the site is in a prime location, with a heavy footfall, it would mean members of the general public could use it on their way to and from work. There are no free or value for money gymnasiums near by and the local community desperately need such equipment which will help individuals on low incomes to become self confident and motivated about adopting healthier lifestyles.
