Arnold – Emmanuel Church Hall New Floor

New flooring to improve the Church Hall.

Emmanuel Church Council wishes to put new flooring in the gents, ladies and disabled toilets, as well as in the meeting room. They also wish to sand down and strip off the varnish in the main hall and entrance hall, then re-seal with new varnish. The existing floor is in a poor condition, and is a hazard to all users including the elderly and disabled community members.
