Art in the Wetlands at Oxford Island – Public Art

Oxford Island is a stunning environment and welcomes 250,000 visitors per year. It is an inspiring opportunity for Artists working on the ‘Arts in the Wetlands’ project. Trudi Entwistle, and internationally renowned Artist, will create a dynamic art work on the green space beside the Lough. It will be used as seating / auditorium area and as a focal point for tens of thousands of visitors to the second largest tourist destination in Nothern Ireland (NI Tourist Board figures ). It is anticipated that this Public Art works will make a significant contribution to the improvement of Oxford Island National Reserve.
