Ashford Carbonell Village Hall, Ludlow - Refurbishment (40137/D)

The project aims is to refurbishment the existing 100 year old wooden structure. The project will include making permanent the temporary structure work from the construction of the service block, and updating heating system, maximising hall space to accommodate increasing users, fitting thermal, acoustic panels to ceiling and installing an induction loop, replacing and insulating the deteriorating and dangerous wooden 100 year old floor as well as replace and enlarge windows with higher standard double glazed units to improve daylight and thermal insulation, and improving internal low energy lighting and electrics.
