Ashton under Lyne Cricket, Bowls and Tennis Club – Refurbishment of Clubhouse and Improved Access

A five year plan to rejuvenate the club and cricket in the town.
1- install new off-field practice facilities & replace unusable onfield artificial wicket
2-link with schools and provide year round coaching funded for 5 years
3-refurbish clubhouse and surrounds & improve accessibility-disabled toilet

The clubhouse was rebuilt in 1970 and now needs rewiring, new heating system,update kitchen and toilets provide disable toilet, bar refurbishment, secure storage for junior equipment.

Little or no cricket is played in our local schools.
We need to introduce the game to boys and girls of primary age
To meet the costs of providing coaching & facilities for an expanded junior section.
The function room is key to increase revenue and ensure the future of the club and cricket in Ashton
